Unique nougat

Since so many years we make the Sardinian nougat, not a simple Sardinian nougat,
but the Sardinian nougat. The Sardinian nougat for us is only that one which has these characteristics:

  1.  it is only made with honey (usually Sardinian), dried fruit of the highest quality, egg whites (1%);
  2. it contains at least 50% by weight of dried fruit;
  3. it doesn’t contain added sugars, sucrose and glucose syrup (ingredients commonly used by other Italian nougat producers)
  4. honey naturally contains sugars.

Our nougat is like this. There are no tricks.
The secrets are the raw materials of extra quality and ancient knowledge in putting together so precious ingredients.
